High-class experience at an acceptable price. International and delicious food.

We've been to Rob's Kitchen a few times lately. The food was always outstanding, the service perfect and very attentive, and the wine selection first class. The prices are high, but match the offer! We'll be back soon!

We ate delicious today, the wine and the service were great too. I ordered the veal liver which was really excellent. The restaurant is characterized by its varied daily menu, so there is always something new for everyone. I would love to come back, keep it up!

We went to Rob's Kitchen with friends that evening. The clear menu with individual dishes paired with some specials from the daily menu is very positive. The food was delicious and the portions were sufficient. We had the tartare as a starter and tuna as the main course. The wine list is also very diverse. We will definitely come back.

The menu and the range of dishes are good. Some classics in a modern interpretation but also modern dishes. You have to stand on it. The idea of ​​a carbonara with pancetta and truffle looked great on paper, the taste was okay, the truffle went under a little and the portion size was quite small. In the end, the price-performance ratio didn't really convince us. Maybe we just expected something different because of the many good reviews? The service staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The restaurant is getting used to, a long hose, very densely seated and characterized by the noise of the kitchen and the hard work of the staff. Prices are high but justified for the freshly prepared food.

The special taste makes the difference. Sounds hackneyed, but it is true. The changing dishes at Rob's Kitchen are always special and very tasty. You can tell that everything is freshly cooked and good ingredients are bought. No matter which dish you try, it tastes good. I have never eaten such good mussels, for example ... But everything else is recommended. The map is clear, well put together and changing. The ambience is pleasant and not upscale, the staff friendly and down to earth. So a very coherent package.

Had a lovely Saturday night dinner with a friend here. The linguini A.O.P. was simply perfect. The dessert was also excellent- loved that they served the homemade ice cream on a separate plate to the plum crumble which was divine. We stayed until closing time without being asked to leave which is a rarity in this city. The staff was friendly and unobtrusive. The food menu is very selective but what they do they do to perfection. The wine list is extensive. The restaurant itself is very calm and cosy- perfect for a date night or an intimate dinner with friends. Looking forward to coming back very soon.

Good food, and friendly service. The terrace outside when the weather is nice is not a bad choice, even if close to the street. The dishes are tasty and made out of fresh ingredients. We had the polpo with avocado salad as a starter, and beef risotto, and lamb as mains. All delicious.

Good food and nice atmosphere. It is a bit pricey and small portions. Also, we had to wait a little bit long to get seated even with a reservation. Overall good.

Best place in Düsseldorf by far! 5 star kitchen where you can bring clients as well as friends. Staff is extremely nice and highly professional. We even got served a different wine on top since the chef thought it would fit better to our dinner. Just the place you wanna be if you are gourmet! We even got a after dinner cocktail for free! This is how great this place is & they litteraly read wishes from eyes!

Overpriced. Overrated. Overcooked. The first impression was: “What is that smell?” Because the kitchen is not well isolated and the whole restaurant smells like fried fries. The second impression was: the wine. We asked for 2 bottles of white wine valued on 45€ each and we never saw the bottles in our table which ended up with the situation that we didn’t finished the last bottle (100% sure and the first one we weren’t smart enough to find out). The food wasn’t fresh: they are selling an octopus risotto with an overcooked octopus and prawns that are far away from being fresh. The meat, the flanksteak? didn’t taste to anything. And the portions are so small that you, at least, expect some quality. In restaurants with this “category” you are expecting more. Skip the dessert as well: the creme brûlée is not brûlée and it was sour!!, and the chocolate dessert are so small that you get embarrassed because of the overpriced. CONCLUSION: Rob’s Kitchen is not anymore D’Vines, so if you are looking for the old quality, you are not going to find it.
